Return Policy
Send an email to support@myphoalbum.com.my with:
– Photos of the defect.
– Please include order number, your full name and a description of the defect.
– Please state the defected areas. E.g. Page number with defected
Our policy lasts within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
